Audiens selected to provide the Data Management Platform (DMP) for ING.
ING Italia is the biggest online bank in Italy by number of customers and will use the Audiens DMP platform to customize their digital communication messages
ING Italia was looking to source a privacy-compliant technology to allow them to have direct control and autonomous management of their customer data and optimize advertising campaigns across digital channels.

Through this agreement, ING Italia will gather information from different sources within a single hub allowing the creation of audiences with similar characteristics. This will enable ING Italia to activate the segments on its main digital marketing channels and allow the bank to customize communication messages in order to offer products and services in line with the interest of its
customers and prospects.
